We were thrilled to work with Toby Geiss of Healing Breathwork and provide a Soft Sound Bath for the attendees of her monthly breathwork class. The attendees were guided through several rounds of breathwork and then left in a 20 minute savasana. We complimented the breathwork practice with what we like to call a Soft Sound Bath. During a Soft Sound Bath we do not play drums and keep the sounds light and airy. This type of sound bath is great to compliment an event like breathwork and is also ideal for those who are working through trauma. We were able to create a beautiful backdrop of sound using crystal and tibetan singing bowls, the Kailani, a crystal pyramid, koshi charms and a few other soft sounds. It was beautiful to play over the attendees and watch them connect to their breath.
